I am Dr. Tyron Pope, a Senior Clinical Lecturer, Researcher, Author, and Restorative Justice Advocate. Through my platform, The PAUSE, I guide individuals and organizations toward intentional reflection and purposeful leadership.

With over three decades of experience in law enforcement, education, and community leadership, I help leaders cultivate legacy through wisdom and empathy. My work focuses on creating spaces for growth, justice, and meaningful dialogue in education, service, and personal development.

I believe our greatest decisions emerge from reflection, not reaction, and I am dedicated to helping others pause, reflect, realign, and become better leaders and individuals.
